i was utterly shocked when the cleaning staff tossed out my two a4 posters while leaving food waste on the fridge, how considerate of them! and to add insult to injury, i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but received nothing. what a delightful place to stay, just not in the way i anticipated. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Found roaches. unpleasant odor lingered in clothes.

the area is fantastic for walking as it connects you to parks like riverfront park. You’re just a quick drive to the interesting columbia memorial space center. the staff is welcoming and really made my stay comfortable.

Check if your room has all amenities listed, as some may be missing, including a microwave.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful suggestions for nearby dining. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the linens was a concern, as they appeared unwashed upon arrival. Maintenance could improve, especially with the outdated amenities like the shower.

The room was clean, but the towels had stains on them.

Towels were in desperate need of professional cleaning!!! Showers and amenities felt outdated and in disrepair!!! Stains on comforters and hair in sinks are not inviting!!! Fix those cleanliness issues, please!!!

I stayed for 2 nights in the Queen Room, Disability Access, Non-Smoking. It was mostly nice, but the sheets were dirty when we got there. I asked for them to be changed, but they didn’t do it, so we ended up buying our own. Other than that, the room was fine and worth the money. The location was great with stores nearby too!

I had a cozy stay in my non-smoking queen room, where the comfy bed made for a great night's sleep and the Wi-Fi kept me connected. There’s a nice little pool area for a refreshing dip. A chill lounge perfect for kicking back after a long day. The towels could have used a fresher scent, but that didn’t take away from my overall experience. Just don’t forget to enjoy that pool! 😊
